Movable Pink
Movable Pink unites individuals who identify as women, non-binary folks, and allies of Movable Ink. We provide a community for camaraderie, empowerment, and belonging, and are a resource for personal and professional growth. Through events, mentorship, and open dialogue, we foster equality, advocacy, and inclusivity, respectful of each person's journey.
Movable Pink hosts events such as fireside chats, personal development sessions, and networking events. In addition, members are eligible to participate in Movable Pink's Mentorship Program and Quarterly Book Club.
Inklusive
Inklusive's mission is to inspire, inform, and engage individuals of the LGBTQ+ allies community at Movable Ink. We champion a welcoming and progressive workspace, fostering and supporting creativity and growth. With a deepening awareness of the power and importance of diversity, Inklusive engages with the local LGBTQ+ allies communities and creates a nurturing environment that is built on the inclusion of all.
Movable Ink Asians
Movable Ink Asians seeks to promote Pan-Asian cultural awareness, foster deeper connections, and educate the MI community. Through events, social gatherings, and educational opportunities, we strive to encourage knowledge and interest with our fellow Inkers on our diverse culture.
BCC
BCC is an active employee committee that includes representatives from all departments. BCC focuses on events and initiatives that strengthen our inclusive culture, provide opportunities for connection, and support the broader communities around us. From social gatherings to volunteer opportunities and fundraisers, BCC is proud to support the wellness and happiness of our employees and dozens of nonprofits.
Black-Ink
Black-Ink aims to build, create and maintain a safe, connected, workable environment for MI’s Black and Brown employees. We uplift the contributions of our employees, making a home for inclusivity and creativity. Black-Ink serves as a space for learning, nurturing, and cultivating the Black experience.
LatINK
LatINK's mission is to promote, educate, represent and elevate LatinX representation across the diaspora of all Latin American perspectives. Through a blend of educational and cultural events, our goal is to nurture and share with our fellow Inkers the richness of our diversity.
